Tools in PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) for artistic engraving and milling on marble, stone, granite, and agglomerated materials.
StoneWork is the line of specific tools for processing and engraving of stony materials such as marble and granite. These tools are commonly used on CNC machines to create decorations, inscriptions, or complex artistic milling such as statues and bas-reliefs.
The PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) cutting edges ensure high performance and long tool life on materials that typically wear out cutting edges very easily. PCD offers much higher wear resistance and can work at higher cutting speeds. Standard geometries are available, and tools can be custom-made upon customer request to meet various needs.

Ballnose milling cutters for copying are available with a head radius of either 1.5 or 2.5 mm. Engraving burins are available at 60°, 90°, 120°, or with a flat head. All tools are generally available in stock in the right-hand cutting version, but they can also be made in the left-hand version. And if you need a custom geometry, contact us. We will certainly consider the possibility of making the tools you need according to your specifications.
